By booking a tour with Private Rome Excursions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Tour Conduct

Participants must follow the instructions of their guide at all times. Private Rome Excursions reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

4. Liability

Private Rome Excursions acts as an agent for local guides and operators. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Cancellations

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds and rescheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Private Rome Excursions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
